Some pets can travel with you on the hydrofoil depending on the size of the animal, while ferries usually allow pets on board.

Do ferries and hydrofoils run at night?

No, they do not.

Can I take the car to the Island?

Which is the best way to get from one place to another?

You can get around the island is by car, by scooter or foot. But we recommend renting a scooter.

Is there a city bus service in Favignana?

Yes there is. The Tarantola Company manages the bus service in the city of Favignana.

Are the roads easy to travel by?

Yes, most of the roads are smooth-flowing, flat and comfortably travelable.

What is the weather like in the Egadi? Is it too hot?

The climate is generally mild thanks to the sea breeze, even if it can get very hot in summer.
